\nThe estate and gifts certificate program will take an in-depth look into the issues surrounding estate and gift taxation. Topics will include gift tax, generation transfer skipping tax, estate tax, income tax on estates, and estate planning. The program culminates in a case study walking you through estate tax preparation from date of death to estate termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
