We have extensive experience in all aspects of employee benefits counseling and representation, including assisting sponsors of all types of retirement plans, including 401(k) plans, defined benefit plans and ESOPs; health and welfare plans, including group health plans, disability plans and flexible spending account plans; benefits-related merger and acquisition issues; and executive compensation arrangements, including non qualified deferred compensation, change in control agreements, severance plans and stock option plans.

We also represent clients in connection with investigations by U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), including IRS plan audit defense, plan “corrections” and “amnesty” applications.
